Once you have received the application, you must fill out all the information, send form back by U.S. mail to Laborers Training School, 1385 W. Sierra Madre Ave, Azusa CA 91702. Once it has been processed, a confirmation letter will be sent by U.S. mail to you with instructions how to maintain on applicant list.
